Programs Management
Projects and actions developed under “Cultivando Agua Boa/Cultivating Good Water” are generated by a process from the business world, integrating the concept of matrix management.
For the development of each project, are determined on the one hand the resources and on the other the available human talent in the various organizational structures. Management is implemented through procedures, methods and tools which are based on the methodology of the global entity PMI – Project Management Institute.
Inside Itaipu, this process is accompanied by the Review of Programs and Projects Room.
Each semester, evaluations are carried out, as well as revisions and annual updates.
This component is fundamental to the management model of “Cultivanto Agua Boa” to ensure continuity and sustainability of each program actions.
